1. Licence

RemoteTap grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not sell, rent, sub-license, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent that applicable law permits.

2. What the App does

RemoteTap is an automation utility. It uses Android's Accessibility Service to replay taps and swipes you have configured, and it can trigger those actions from a schedule, a Quick Settings tile, a home-screen widget, or a paired Garmin watch. You decide what it taps and when.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the scenarios you create and for the effect of running them on your device and on other apps.
• Do not use the App to break the law, to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to violate the terms of service of another app or online service (for example, automating actions a game or platform prohibits). You use it for such purposes at your own risk and liability.
• Keep the App away from anything safety-critical. Automated input can produce unintended results.
• You are responsible for granting the Accessibility Service and overlay permissions knowingly. The App explains why it needs them; you can revoke them in Android settings at any time.

4. RemoteTap Pro

Some features are grouped as "RemoteTap Pro" and unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play Billing. The developer receives only confirmation that the purchase succeeded — not your name, email, or payment details.

Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may change for future buyers. Purchases are tied to your Google account and can be restored on your devices. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law.

5. Pre-registration reward

If you pre-registered for RemoteTap on Google Play during the pre-registration period, you are eligible for the launch reward: RemoteTap Pro at no charge.

• The reward is delivered through Google Play after the App is released, to the Google account used to pre-register, in line with Google Play's pre-registration terms.
• The reward has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and is limited to one per eligible account.
• Until the App is released, the developer may change or withdraw the reward, or cancel the pre-registration campaign, without liability.
• If Pro is later expanded with additional paid features, the free reward covers the Pro features that exist at launch; new paid add-ons are not guaranteed to be included.
• The reward is void where prohibited and if obtained through fraud or abuse of the pre-registration system.

6. No affiliation

RemoteTap is an independent app. "Garmin", "Garmin Connect", "Android", and "Google Play" are trademarks of their respective owners. RemoteTap is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Garmin or Google.

7. Availability and changes

The App is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed. A given release may stop working after an Android or Garmin Connect update until a fix is published.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated actions will always execute as intended.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or device availability, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App (including in-app purchases) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
